Steak –I used steak-umm sliced steak found in the frozen section. You may also make these steak bombs with ground beef, ribeye steak, and sirloin steak.
Green Pepper – This wouldn’t be a classic cheese steak recipe without green pepper. Red pepper is also a tasty add-in.
Yellow Onion – or white onion can be used in this appetizer dish. I used yellow because they caramelize more easily and hold their shape well.
Butter – Only a small amount is needed to help caramelize diced onions when cooking.
Worcestershire Sauce – Helps tenderize the steak and adds flavor without overwhelming it.
Seasonings – Montreal steak seasoning and a little pinch of garlic powder is all you need for flavor-filled steak bombs.
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks – Cut into fourths can be easily filled into cups. However, you may use any kind of cheese you like.
Just make sure to cut cheese into uniform pieces and layer one bottom layer and one additional layer on top before closing crescent roll dough and baking in the oven.
Crescent Rolls – Make this game-day snack super easy to make. Likewise, you may also make this recipe with;
crescent puff pastry, wonton wraps, dinner-rolls, a dough sheet, or make homemade dough.
