Ingredients Needed
- Ham
- Dill Pickle Spears
- Cream Cheese
- Everything Bagel Seasoning

Ham – purchase a little over 3/4 of a pound of deli ham. My favorite brand is Krakus Polish Ham reduced sodium.
You will use two slices of ham for each pickle roll.
You can also make pickle pinwheels with thinly sliced roast beef, pastrami, and salami.
Dill Pickle Spears – I used refrigerated pickle spears, as refrigerated pickles keep their crunch.
Moreover, if you’d like a rounder shape purchase whole dill pickles.
Want to try other flavored options? Try with garlic and herb pickles, spicy jalapeno pickles, roasted red pepper pickles, or onion and peppercorn pickles. Which are my personal favorite. Can you tell I love pickles?
Cream Cheese – My go-to cream cheese is Philadelphia full-fat, as it’s so rich and creamy. Boursin cheese is another tasty option.
If you’d like to cut calories purchase a low-fat cream cheese.
Want to make this a vegan appetizer? Philadelphia has a plant-based cream cheese. Or try other brands like; Violife, Open Nature, and Daiya.
Everything Bagel Seasoning – is delicious and used on a lot of my healthy snacks.
Other variations of spices you can try are ranch seasoning and red pepper flakes.
And of course, a little pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper always amp up the flavor a notch.
