This pasta dish is delicious! The best part about this dish is you can season everything in one pan and throw it in the oven to bake.

However, I did add my own twist to this favored pasta dish and decided to add in some charred broccoli.

Either way, charring broccoli in the oven only takes 15-20 minutes and is definitely worth it!

Ingredients

Garden ripe tomatoes are lovely in this baked pasta dish.
I love to use garden ripe tomatoes and fresh basil .

This recipe is made with all the same ingredients as TikTok pasta. Except, I added my own take on this recipe and used some of my favorite pasta ingredients.

Pasta: Bow tie noodles were the pasta of choice. However, you may use any kind of noodles for this pasta dish. I usually grab whichever brand is on sale at the time.

Feta Cheese: When I can find it Odyssey feta cheese is my favorite brand of feta cheese to use in this pasta and some flavors come already seasoned.

Grape Tomatoes: I used grape tomatoes in this dish because they were on sale at my local grocery store. Other variations like cherry on the vine or tiny Tim tomatoes are delicious also. But nothing beats fresh tomatoes from the garden when in season.

Broccoli: Broccoli is full of health benefits and super tasty if prepared with crispy charred edges. Once you cook your broccoli this way. You’ll probably never go back…. Seriously…. It’s that good.

Olive Oil: Olive oil is a healthy fat and good for your digestive tract. Adding small amounts can be beneficial to you.

Balsamic Vinaigrette: Balsamic Vinaigrette is the secret to this oven baked broccoli. Tossing broccoli in a light balsamic vinaigrette adds beautifully, crispy, charred ends.

Minced Garlic: Chop garlic cloves and mince. Or use minced garlic. Garlic powder can work also if that is what you have on-hand.

Crushed Red Pepper: Crushed red pepper brings a zesty kick to this dish.

Fresh Basil: I love to add fresh basil from my garden when my plants produce an abundance of basil.

Questions About this Feta Pasta Dish

Add cooked chicken or substitute pasta for chickpea pasta.
Want more protein? Add cooked chicken or substitute pasta for chickpea pasta.

What can you use instead of feta cheese? Goat cheese would be a great substitute in replacement of feta cheese and the taste is similar. Persian feta is also another alternative and it’s slightly less salty.

How long can you keep baked feta in the fridge? I don’t recommend eating anything past 3-4 days. Store in an airtight container for peak freshness.

How do you reheat baked feta pasta? For the quickest option reheat in the microwave. Or cook on the stove top. If preparing on the stove top be careful not to over cook add a drizzle of olive oil or a splash of milk so noodles do not stick together.
