Ham and Dill Pickle Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients Needed

  • Cream Cheese
  • Ham
  • Dill Pickle Spears
  • Ranch Seasoning
  • Green Onions
  • Tortillas (8 inch)

Cream Cheese – I used Philadelphia full-fat cream cheese for more body. Feel free to use reduced fat if you’d like.

Ham – Krakus Polish Ham was my ham of choice. I get mine sliced from the deli. You may also try diced ham for chunkier pickle rolls.

Dill Pickle Spears – refrigerated dill pickle spears are my favorite because they are crisp. Hamburger dill pickle chips, whole pickles, baby dill pickles are also good options.

Tortillas – I used “8 inch” flour tortillas.

Ranch Seasoning – is all the seasonings you need for a delicious party snack or make ahead lunch.

How to Make Pickle Dip Pinwheel

  1. Blot off as much water as possible from deli ham and pickles. Then, dice ham and pickles into tiny pieces and set aside.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, beat your softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced ham, pickles, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well combined.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla leaving about 1/2 inch on the side and roll up tightly.
  5. Wrap pickle dip pinwheels tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour in the fridge.
  6. Remove from the refrigerator and slice into “1 inch” rounds.
